Support Technician
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

An established technology services company is looking for a Support Technician to join its Service Delivery team. The organisation specialises in supporting enterprise clients with technology.

The Role
This role is well-suited to someone with experience in IT support who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work and customer interaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and managing stock, inventories, and orders
Providing 1st line technical support queries via email and phone
Logging, escalating, and tracking support tickets through to resolution
Liaising with customers, end-users, and third-party suppliers to resolve issues
Supporting device lifecycle management, including replacements and repairs
