Trade Compliance Administrator

If you are an experienced Administrator who can demonstrate key skills in planning, analysing and compliance, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious international organisation.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing and Coordinating import/ export clearances for shipments to and from the UK
  • Monitoring the collection of all necessary documentation from import/export brokers
  • Reporting to factories on a monthly and weekly basis to confirm data required for compliance with other countries' policies and regulations as required
  • Supporting both production and non- production import/export customs declaration
  • Processing used machine registrations for all UK made machines globally and assisting other factories with movements involving European territory
  • Applying for Export Licenses for new UK manufactured machines shipping to export controlled destinations
  • Advising and assisting customers on export compliance requirements
  • Providing advice for enquiries from customs and export authorities across Europe

It is not essential to have previously worked within a Trade Compliance role, but it is key to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of detailed processes.
