Job description
The Role
A great opportunity to join a busy and vibrant team, supporting them with a number of administrative and financial duties, as well as looking after and support a key client account. You should have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be capable of working on your own initiative.
Office administration experience is essential and previous venue sourcing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation is completed and saved onto the system.
- Ensuring all ISO paperwork is completed for each project.
- Maintaining and updating the delegate registration site.
- Main point of contact for delegate queries.
- Extracting accurate rooming lists from delegate registration platform.
- Sending out joining instructions to delegates as required.
- Checking and approving invoices for payment.
- Liaising with finance to raise invoices in a timely manner.
- Assisting with general venue sourcing.
Requirements
- Administration experience is essential.
- Previous venue finding experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & oral.
- Ability to be proactive & use your initiative.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure & deliver to deadlines.
- Time management & organisational skills.
- Remain calm under pressure.
