The Role

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join an award-winning software company.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, renewing contracts and creating demand for new products and services. You will also be responsible for account mapping and agreeing action plans for complete customer satisfaction.

Your own transport is essential, as you will get the opportunity to visit clients as part of the contract lifecycle review process.

Responsibilities

  • Create trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders within key clients.
  • Regularly contact and visit clients on site to maintain relationships.
  • Manage contract renewal negotiations to a successful conclusion.
  • Create action plans for customer satisfaction in conjunction with the customer success and implementation teams.
  • Create proposals and order forms to support any contract resigns or customer work.
  • Identify business opportunities for portfolio products and services within each account.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline for your accounts and ensure the CRM is always accurate and up to date.
  • 'Own' the customer relationship and be the daily point of contact and key problem solver.
  • Engage with the customer success team to ensure SLAs and support services are meeting client needs.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns for existing client accounts.
  • Create and deliver software demonstrations and presentations that convey the benefits that the portfolio of products and services can deliver.
  • Create sales and resource requirement forecasts for the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a software company, recruitment or digital would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation / software demonstration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
  • Must be highly motivated and results orientated.
  • Full, clean driving licence.

Based in Kidderminster.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus.
