As a Customer Service Advisor this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful company within their busy Customer Services team.

Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor include (but are not limited to):

*Respond to and resolve all enquiries from customers in an efficient and effective manner
*Process customer orders and quotations in a timely and efficient manner with complete accuracy on the ecommerce site
*Provide support to colleagues, customers and the wider business in order to continuously improve operational effectiveness
*Identify opportunities for improvements for customers, department and the business to meet world class standards
*First point of contact for customers so responsible for educating customers on the companies products, services and dedicated transport company and generally exceeding customer satisfaction

*Working in a Customer service environment
*Resolving customer complaints

*Ability to adapt and embrace change and embrace new products and processes
