This award winning manufacturing business is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a friendly and professional team.

As a key member of the Customer Service Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all customers receive first-class support, ensuring ongoing success for the business.

This role is office based, to work 33 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service to customers across various communication channels.
  • Managing and responding to customer enquiries, orders and forecasts with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems are up to date.
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments to resolve issues and support business initiatives.
  • Proactively addressing problems and managing customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help.
  • A confident communicator with excellent IT skills.
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and takes real pride in their work.
  • Flexible and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

Based Near Kidderminster.

33 Hours Per Week.

£26,000 to £28,000 full time equivalent salary.

Own transport essential due to location.
