Position: Temporary Finance Administrator



Duration: 24th June - 19th July



Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)



Location: Bromsgrove



Hourly Rate: £12.50 to £13.00

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis from 24th June to 19th July. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our finance department with various administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Sage 50 Accounts for financial operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Raise quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare delivery notes and manage the booking of stock.
  • Make stock adjustments as necessary.
  • Answer and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to raise quotes, sales orders, and delivery notes.
  • Skilled in booking and adjusting stock.
  • Excellent communication skills for answering calls.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
