Position: Temporary Finance Administrator
Duration: 24th June - 19th July
Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Location: Bromsgrove
Hourly Rate: £12.50 to £13.00

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis from 24th June to 19th July. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our finance department with various administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Sage 50 Accounts for financial operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Raise quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare delivery notes and manage the booking of stock.
- Make stock adjustments as necessary.
- Answer and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.
- Experience with bank reconciliations.
- Ability to raise quotes, sales orders, and delivery notes.
- Skilled in booking and adjusting stock.
- Excellent communication skills for answering calls.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
