Do you have experience in Data and training/coaching? Are you an IT professional with experience in Data looking to move career in to a coaching focussed role?

As a successful IT Data Coach you will be responsible for:

• Coaching learners and mentors with a focus on Data/Data Science
• Designing and delivering training programs
• Teaching toward industry certifications and documenting the learning narrative to ensure compliance.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, assisting in digital transformation and workforce planning.
• Documenting the learner journey and ensuring high retention rates and timely completion of programs.
• Coaching learners and working with their employers/mentors to help them achieve the highest grades possible.
• Designing and delivering classroom-based and blended learning

As a successful Skills and Knowledge Coach, you should have:

• Qualifications in a relevant IT or technical subject.
• Successful work experience in IT and Data
• A passion for continuous learning and development in technical fields.
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching, with a focus on interactive and engaging sessions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills
