This is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an engineering company that is a genuine global market leader in its field. The company itself specialises in developing and producing a wide range of innovative and bespoke components.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will focus on improving manufacturing processes, applying lean manufacturing techniques, managing CI projects and improving efficiency across the site.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities;

• Managing multiple manufacturing related projects from initial concept to delivery
• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes
• Applying lean manufacturing techniques
• Liaising with suppliers and our supplier quality team to resolve quality issues
• Assist with building a culture of continuous improvement
• Responsible for increasing manufacturing efficiencies
• Provide technical support to the engineering departments

Manufacturing Engineer Requirements;

• Previous experience working in either a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or a Process Engineering position
• Experience in utilising Lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Managing manufacturing projects from initial concept to delivery
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player
