About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Sandblasting Operative to join our client's production team. This role involves working in a dedicated cell, operating a manual sandblasting machine to process small components in 15-20-minute batches, repeated throughout the day.

Candidates will be shown a short video of the process during recruitment to give a clear idea of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a manual sandblasting machine
• Preparing and finishing small metal components
• Following detailed health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining consistency and accuracy in repetitive processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous sandblasting or shot blasting experience is highly desirable
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Safety-conscious approach to working with machinery
• Safety boots required

Hours of Work:

• Monday & Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
• Tuesday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
• Morning break at 11:00 and a 30-minute lunch break
