Skilled Assembly Operative

Are you an experienced Assembly Operative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company seeking Skilled Assembly Operatives to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precise finishing of products to meet high-quality standards.
• Reading and interpreting detailed technical/engineering drawings (3D / 3 Axis).
• Assembly of complex mechanical components.
• Proficient use of power tools (drills, grinders, etc.).
• Use of precision measuring equipment.
• Masking of products in preparation for painting or powder coating.
• Collaborating within a team to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in complex mechanical assembly environments.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Physically fit and capable of manual work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive and quality-driven attitude.

Up to £13.48 per hour + overtime opportunities.

Based in Pershore, Worcestershire.

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 5:00pm (15-min break + 30-min lunch)
• Friday: 7:45am - 1:00pm (15-min break)
• Overtime Available:
• Weekdays: 6:00am - 7:45am (paid at time and a third)
• Saturdays: 6:00am - 12:00pm (paid at time and a half)
