The Company

Our client is a long-established manufacturer within the machine tool industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Control Panel Builder to join their electrical department. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical experience, with clear progression potential into a supervisory role.

The Role

As a Control Panel Builder, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels to a high standard. Working from electrical drawings, you will carry out wiring, crimping, soldering, and related tasks. This position would suit either an experienced panel builder or a trainee with some relevant experience who is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble control panels

• Work from and interpret electrical drawings

• Carry out wiring, crimping, and soldering work

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all builds

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings

• Some experience in control panel assembly or electrical wiring

Desirable:

• Previous experience building control panels in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn and progress into a supervisory role
